1. Introduction

These Terms govern the purchase and use of digital products offered by Dear Guest.

By purchasing or using any digital product available on the Dear Guest website, you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the product

Dear Guest offers digital products in the form of event invitation pages and related digital content in Standard, Premium, and VIP plans.

Access to the platform is granted solely to generate the purchased product. Dear Guest does not provide ongoing services or subscriptions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or possess the legal capacity to purchase a digital product.

4. Purchase and access

Digital products are purchased via a one-time payment. Editing access may be time-limited after the product is generated.

5. Customization

Customization features are part of the Digital Product. Any additional custom work is treated as a paid design service, not ongoing support.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content and grant Dear Guest a license to process it solely for delivering the Digital Product.

7. Prohibited use

The Digital Product may not be used for unlawful, offensive, or defective purposes.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Due to the nature of the services offered (digital content produced to the consumer's specifications and serving customized needs), the User has no right to withdraw from the contract after making a payment and gaining access to the invitation management panel. The User consents to the immediate commencement of the service after purchase and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

9. Intellectual property

All platform resources remain the property of Dear Guest. Purchase grants a limited license to use the product.

10. Disclaimer of warranty

The Digital Product is provided 'as is', without a warranty of uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

Dear Guest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Termination

Access may be restricted in the event of a breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by EU law and applicable local regulations.
